a) Consultancy Services We provide consultancy services for climate tech entrepreneurship, including workshops, strategic advisory, and support for intrapreneurship programs. Specific terms for these services will be detailed in separate agreements where applicable. b) Online Learning Platform Our online learning platform, featuring courses and an AI assistant, will be available for individuals seeking to start or advance in climate tech entrepreneurship. Access to these services may require registration and payment.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for ensuring your account details remain confidential and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

a) Consultancy Services Fees and payment terms for consultancy services will be specified in separate contracts or invoices. b) Online Learning Platform Fees for courses or subscriptions will be displayed at the point of purchase. Refund Policy: If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the content has not been accessed or downloaded.

All content provided through the Services, including text, images, videos, and software, is the intellectual property of Climestart or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by applicable EU law.

You may not use our Services to: Engage in unlawful activities. Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Site. Misrepresent your affiliation with Climestart. Reverse-engineer or misuse our proprietary technologies.

If you are an EU consumer: You have the right to clear and transparent information about our Services and pricing. You may withdraw from certain agreements within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, as outlined in Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive. These rights are in addition to any other rights provided by your national laws.

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR.

We provide our Services “as is” without warranties, except those required by EU law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.
